Lanka OK with India hosting talks
HT - P K Balachanddran, 11 January 2002. Sri Lanka has no objection to India hosting the proposed peace talks with the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE), Foreign Minister Tyronne Fernando has said.

"As far we are concerned, we do not mind where the talks are held," Fernando said here today. He was commenting on the LTTE's controversial suggestion that India host the talks in one of the southern Indian cities. More...
