JVP opposes concessions to Tamil rebels

More than ten thousand people marched toward Colombo town hall and staged an anti-government rally accusing the government of giving too many concessions to the Tamil Tiger rebels. The Tamil rebels and the government are holding fourth round of Norwegian brokered peace talks in Thailand to end the 19 year long civil war which has cost more than 64, 000 lives.
