Sri Lanka aims to double share market cap by 2012 - Reuters India, 2010-11-26 21:21:16 EST. Colombo Stock Exchange's market capitalisation from the present $19.8 billion over the next two years by listing companies partly owned by the state, the central bank governor said on Friday.

Sri Lanka says devolution package for Tamils not out of radar - Daily News & Analysis, 2010-11-26 15:41:32 EST. Sri Lanka today assured India that a devolution package for the minority Tamil community in the country was not out of its radar as the two neighbours discussed the key issue of resettlement of internally displaced people (IDPs) in the post LTTE-era.

"The issue is not out of sight and is not out of the radar," Sri Lankan foreign minister GL Peris told reporters after the seventh India-Sri Lanka joint commission meeting co-chaired by him and external affairs minister SM Krishna in Colombo, referring to the devolution issue. Pakistan President to visit Sri Lanka on November 27 - Zee News, 2010-11-26 12:25:29 EST. slamabad: Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari will visit Sri Lanka from November 27 to 30 to hold talks on bilateral, regional and global issues with the country's leadership.
